The retreat is regularly smudged, cleared and cleansed - palpable from the moment you enter. This nurtures your mind, body and soul, and provides opportunities for further reflection and healing.  Pre-booked shamanic support can be incorporated as part of your retreat (see enquiry form).

 

​Enjoy your own dining /reading room, sitting/healing room and en-suite double bedroom with juliette balcony.  The kitchenette is stocked with basic supplies, and equipped with crockery, utensils, twin hob, pots and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc. With no tv or wifi, (4G data available) it provides a special environment in which to truly unwind.
